We went to the movies last night to see "The Tourist." The movie was OK but the theatre was an experience! When you buy your tickets they pull up a seating chart and you select the best seats available - then they are reserved for you. Upon entering the theatre, you think you are in a nice piano bar or lounge. There is a quiet service area where you place your food and drink order and then they deliver it to your seats! There are only about 50 seats in the theatre because they are all large, cushy, leather, Lazy Boys - tiered so you can see well even when you are reclined! Each chair is furnished with a pillow and comforter to snuggle in - which you need because it is as cold as a meat locker! Heather warned us so I wore jeans and took my slippers! The tickets are more but the food is cheap so the total cost is about even with the US movies!
