We knew it could not be good news when Roger's cell phone rang at 6:30 am. Roger's sister-in-law, Sally, was calling to tell us that Roger's oldest brother, Duane's, son Randy, age 47, had a massive heart attack and died last night. Heartbroken, we cancelled all previous plans and are on our way "home." We packed funeral attire "just in case" - never dreaming we would need it this soon and for one of our nephews.
Traveling through the Wisconsin Dells area where massive flooding occurred - many fields of stagnant water remaining - have seen sand hill cranes standing right next to I-94!

Hi - Marion just talked to Salle, and she said the funeral will be held on Wednesday and will be at the Hillside Methodist Church.
You guy's drive safely and will see you when you get here, will be looking forward to seeing you.
when you pull into drive there is a Maple tree on your right so drive straight in and we will look over the situation so any low limbs will not scrape your roof, I don't know if your rig is taller than ours or not, but just in case it is be on the lookout for any limbs that might be low. Other than that we welcome you to our place, sorry it is not a drive thru.
