Megan's Award

We are settled back in San Antonio and Roger's job is going well. Relatively easy when he only has to worry about one project and not several! The annual aerial refueling conference is being held at the Grand Hyatt down on the Riverwalk this week. All the Ireland crowd are here and it is always fun to see them.

I've been busy with townhouse business and income taxes. I met with two of the physicians I worked with previously and will probably do some work for them while we are here so I'm not really worried about being bored.

The best part is being near Megan & Carlos again. We missed them all winter. We spent a relaxed Easter Sunday with them "catching up" and they plan to come spend time with us during Fiesta.

Megan graduates from Texas State with her degree in Interior Design on May 10th. The School of Family & Consumer Sciences had an awards ceremony this afternoon. Megan and her friend Courtney received special recognition for a project they did at the Annual Undergraduate Research Conference this year. We are so proud of her! Yolanda and I drove to San Marcos and met her for lunch and then went to the ceremony. It was a lovely afternoon.
